Palestinian Authority Information Minister Riad al-Malki said Sunday that the PA was gathering information about Hamas operatives "involved in war crimes against the Palestinian people." Israel Radio quoted Malki as saying that "on a daily basis, militiamen commit crimes against Fatah members and Gaza residents."
