Palestinians question man over suspicious envelope delivered to Fayad

Palestinian security are questioning a man over a suspicious envelope he delivered to the office of Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salaam Fayad. Fayad spokesman Jamal Zakout says two office guards were briefly admitted to a hospital Saturday because their hands started itching badly after they opened the envelope. He says doctors released them after determining they weren't hurt. Zakout says the envelope was sent to an office employee, not to Fayad. But he said the man who brought the envelope was being questioned Sunday and the papers it contained were sent to chemical experts for examination.
