UK raises terror threat to highest level for citizens living in UAE

The British government has raised its terror warning to the highest level for its citizens living in the United Arab Emirates.
A statement posted on the Web site of the British Embassy in Abu Dhabi Monday said the country had "a high threat of terrorism." It says the British government believes "terrorists may be planning to carry out attacks in the UAE."
It says the attacks "could happen at any time," and that British citizens should "maintain a high level of security awareness."
