When you go on an all-terrain vehicle tour, it's best to wear something you don't mind getting dirty or wet. Long pants are best, since the engine compartment gets kind of hot and your legs are close to it.
You will need to wear some type of facial protection: sunglasses, and maybe a bandana on your face, as you will have mud, dirt and bugs flying at you during the trip.
And don't forget your camera to capture all the fun!
