Carlos Santana arriving

Guitar god Carlos Santana is coming to rock Israel in June, accompanied by his ten-piece band. The show, dubbed Supernatural Santana: A Trip Through the Hits, features all of his favorite tunes. Santana has been a guitar force to be reckoned with ever since his electrifying performance at Woodstock in 1969. His long career has since then brought him nine Grammy awards and collaborations ranging from Eric Clapton to Lauryn Hill and Dave Matthews. Santana is also a respected rock composer, penning such hits as "Black Magic Woman," "Oye Como Va" and "Maria Maria." His hit album Supernatural recently made the news, having surpassed 11 million sales to become the sixth best selling album in the United States last decade. Santana said last week he was happy to return to perform in Israel. Tickets for the show will go on sale today, with prices ranging from NIS 290 for aisle seats to NIS 1250 for exclusive VIP seats. The show will take place at Bloomfield Stadium.
