Children of Stones, a play composed by and starring Jewish and Arab students, completed its first run last week at the Anis Auditorium in Jaffa . The experimental play was the result of months of work by the cast and its non-student directors, Elinor Agam and Eilat Mancini. The actors, all between the ages of 12 and 18, worked on improvisation, singing and dance as part of their training for the play, and learned about different Jewish and Arab traditions before beginning creating the story. Children of Stones was performed three times at Kibbutz Yakom before concluding its run in Jaffa.
