Jacob Laznik is a breaking news desk editor at The Jerusalem Post. Originally from the United States, he made aliyah to Israel in 2015. He served in the IDF for three years as a shooting instructor in the Golani Brigade and has a BA in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from Reichman University with a specialization in counterterrorism. He currently lives in Baka, Jerusalem.
