Rome, the capital of Italy, is known as the city of La Dolce Vita and a popular culinary destination. It is also a city with impressive historical sites and prominent religious sites (such as the Vatican). The year 2023 was a peak year for foreign tourism in the capital of Italy, with 35 million tourists visiting. The location of the hotel is very unique, located in the heart of Tor Marancia, a neighborhood known for its stunning street art in the form of graffiti murals on many buildings throughout the neighborhood.

The opening of the hotel in Rome takes place after the opening of the luxurious Precise Tale Poggio Alla Sala hotel in Tuscany, which was built on the remains of an ancient estate from the 18th century, and also after the opening of the Precise Tale Berlin Potsdamer Platz hotel in Berlin, where chef Asaf Granit's restaurant, "Berta," is located.

Ron Ben Haim, Chairman and owner of the Precise Hotels network, says, "We are excited to start the year with the opening of a new hotel in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Rome, Italy. Rome is very beloved by many travelers from around the world, including Israeli travelers. With loyalty to the reputation of Precise Hotels, the Precise House Mantegna Roma hotel will offer its guests an authentic and captivating urban experience in the heart of a special Italian neighborhood, at reasonable prices."
