iStore opens an exclusive repair lab for security personnel and their families on Fridays in March.

The iStore chain, the official marketer of Apple products in Israel, is launching a new and dedicated service for the security forces and their families.

The network will open the repair lab in the central area on Fridays (the service lab at the flagship branch in Rothschild, Tel Aviv) throughout the month of March, for the security forces and their families only.

As part of the dedicated service: devices will be treated on the same day depending on the availability and nature of the fault, an option will be given to receive a replacement Apple device at no cost, a renewal and refresh service will be provided for the device, along with dust cleaning - at no cost. In addition, the laboratory staff will be available exclusively to the men and women of the security forces. They also stated that in order to provide a quality response to all applicants, an appointment must be scheduled in advance on the network's website.
