After a price increase for Disney+ last summer in the US, the entertainment giant is raising prices in Israel as well. Until recently, a monthly subscription cost NIS 39.90 per month or NIS 399 per year, now Israelis who wish to connect to the service will have to pay NIS 44.90 per month or NIS 449 per year.

Existing monthly subscribers will be charged the new price starting April 24, annual subscribers will pay the new price only after their next annual payment.

A Disney+ subscription, unlike Netflix, includes viewing content in 4K resolution straight from the standard package, without the need to pay an additional fee, and it also allows viewing on up to 4 devices at the same time.

Disney+ was launched in Israel in the middle of 2022 and to date Disney has not raised prices here, unlike Netflix which has raised prices several times since the launch (albeit not in the recent period) and also canceled the possibility of sharing subscriptions with friends.

The yes company is already offering from the month of November a sale for its existing and new customers (including STING Plus customers) - three months subscription as a gift to the streaming services: Netflix or Disney+. The benefit is available to customers connected to the streaming services other than through yes. The connection is made through the company website or through the service representatives.
