Third of "Seven Express" Purchased for 40 Million; Aiming for Expansion

S.L.D.N Group acquires 33% of "Seven Express" for NIS 40 million, aiming for 200 active branches by year-end and 100 new stores by 2025.

The S.L.D.N Group announces this morning the acquisition of 33% of the Seven Express convenience store chain from the Kamari Group.

A transaction that reflects a company value of approximately NIS 40 million, after which the S.L.D.N Group will become an active partner in the network. Seven Express is an urban chain of convenience stores that is partially operated by franchisees and is owned by the Kamari Group owned by Assaf Kamari and Tony Ziv and currently operates approximately 125 stores nationwide.

With the purchase, the companies announce that they intend to develop the network and open 75 new branches during the coming year and reach the goal of approximately 200 branches by the end of the year and another 100 branches by the end of 2025. Udi Saada, CEO and owner of the S.L.D.N Group said: "The investment in the chain of convenience stores Seven Express is a significant milestone for the S.L.D.N Group.

This is the first time that the S.L.D.N Group enters the retail business in such a significant volume. The new purchase strengthens the group's variety of capital sources and has expansion potential. I am happy about the cooperation with the Kamari Group and believe that the relative advantages of the two groups together produce a winning team."

Assaf Kamari, one of the owners of the Kamari Group, said: "The "Seven Express" chain of convenience stores operates 125 branches nationwide from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat in a short time since its establishment. We welcome the S.L.D.N Group that joins us today and believe that the advantages of S.L.D.N can be assimilated into the chain's business."

Recently, the Seven Express chain opened a new branch in the commercial center in Ramat Afel, as part of the growth strategy in areas of demand. The chain's business model is based on providing franchises in the food and retail sector, including close support and advice to the franchise owners. The S.L.D.N Group owns many commercial areas and intends to include the Seven Express chain in them.

The S.L.D.N Group, which is owned by the businessman Udi Saada, was established in 2014 and specializes mainly in profitable real estate transactions, in the field of logistics, residences and offices. The group owns tens of thousands of meters of profitable properties that are fully leased throughout the country, among others in Jerusalem, Haifa, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Kiryat Ono, Gan Yavneh, Ram Park and Sderot.

The group owns the commercial arm of several companies such as the "Aman Fish" company that has been operating and specializing in the fish industry for nearly 30 years, mainly in the import and marketing of fish for businesses and leading restaurants in the culinary field. 33% of the chain of convenience stores "Seven Express" and a lithium-ion battery recycling company that was established with the aim of meeting the growing need for lithium-ion battery recycling solutions from the automotive world and other companies in diverse fields. The Kamari Group owns, partners, and manages dozens of food brands.

Among them are the chains: Roladin, Arcaffe, BE Pharm, Aroma, Moses, Golda, Yashka, Candyland "Seven Express" and more, at retail points of sale nationwide and in strategic locations. The company's owners are the founder Assaf Kamari, who has lived and breathed the field for 25 years, 45 years old from Savion, Tony Ziv, managing partner, 43 years old, who lives in Savion and Yossi Mizrahi, managing partner who lives in Kiryat Ono.
