184 people killed on the roads in Israel in 2012

2012 has witnessed 184 deaths on the roads, according to a report released Saturday morning by Israel Radio.An extensive police manhunt took place after a resident of Netanya was suspected of driving the car that killed three women crossing a pedestrian walk way on a green light. The accident killed 56-year-old Svetlana Yegudaiev Dimona, Shoshana, 25, and a relative close to them, 66-year-old Alexandra Rubinow. A toddler also died of her injuries at Soroka Hospital in Beersheba after a car accident.

On Highway 60 near Binyamina, a man was killed in a head-on collision between two vehicles. The accident also injured a man and a woman.
