3 men arrested over 'South American cocaine'

Three residents of the northern Israel were arrested after being caught in possession of more than a kilogram of South American cocaine on Monday.
"This is part of a drugs smuggling route stretching from South America to Israel," police said.
The arrests were carried out by the specialized central unit of the police's northern district.
Police say South America remains one of the major sources of cocaine in the country, and routinely seize the drug during raids at ports and Ben Gurion International Airport.
