A 4-year-old mentally impaired child went missing in Safed on Friday afternoon, police reported. The boy, dressed in a brown sweater and wearing a kippa, broke away from his parents in the narrow cobbled streets of Safed's old city. Police said they had been searching for him for two hours, to no avail. The boy cannot communicate verbally.
