Abergil brothers appeal to Supreme Court against extradition

Alleged mobsters Yitzhak and Meir Abergil appealed to the Supreme Court on Thursday against a Jerusalem court decision to extradite them to the US.
Yitzhak's appeal even asserted that "the media witch-hunt" against former president Moshe Katsav is "nothing compared to the decade-long campaign of incitement" against the alleged crime boss.
Last month, the Jerusalem District Court ordered the brothers and three other members of their gang to be extradited on charges including drug dealing, extortion, money-laundering and murder.
