Abu Marzouk: No new developments in Schalit deal

There is nothing new regarding efforts to release captured IDF soldier Gilad Schalit, deputy head of Hamas' political bureau, Moussa Abu Marzouk, told Al-Arabiya TV on Monday.

Marzouk said recent reports published about the prisoner exchange deal were baseless and "impact the relatives of the prisoners."

He explained that Hamas wants the subject to remain out of the media, and said that "When Israel is serious about what it says, the other sides will be ready for dialogue about the prisoner deal."
