After receiving the coronavirus vaccine, a 62-year-old woman was admitted to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem after suffering an allergic reaction, Channel 13 reported.
She was reported to be in stable condition as of Monday night.
Few reports have come in over the last few weeks of allergic reactions to the vaccine, both in Israel and abroad.
On Wednesday, a 49-year-old was admitted to a Jerusalem medical center a mere hour after receiving his COVID-19 vaccine, suffering for severe anaphylactic shock.
His condition has since stabilized. He apparently was allergic to penicillin.
On December 18, the FDA reported five cases of allergic reactions to the vaccine.
On December 26, a health worker in Alaska also suffered a severe allergic reaction to the Pfizer vaccine, then stabilized. The health worker didn't have any recorded allergies to anything.
On December 22, two such cases emerged in Britain as well.
Britain has since warned that anyone with a history of allergic reactions to food or medicine should not take the vaccine. On Saturday, December 19, the CDC issued similar instructions.
