An IDF drone of the type "Shoval" was damaged during takeoff and crashed on Saturday, according to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit.
There were no injuries and the aircraft was transferred for repair and to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
The commander of the Air Force, Major General Tomer Bar, ordered that drones of the type "Shoval" will stay grounded until the end of the investigation of the incident.
