The Movement for Moral Purity, an Israeli NGO, submitted a formal complaint to the Israel Police Force against Superintendent Meir Suisa who was caught on camera throwing a stun grenade at protesters on Wednesday evening in Tel Aviv.
The NGO alleges that extensive and excessive force was used.
