Jewish umbrella organization CRIF President Yonatan Arfi voiced the harsh reality in a a statement on Monday: "60% of attacks are on people, not property."
Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne, addressing the nation on France Inter, acknowledged the gravity of the situation: "In our country, we cannot accept this resurgence of antisemitism which we have not experienced for years."
