"Israel is operating against Iran both in attack and in defense," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday night ahead of a cabinet meeting in Jerusalem.
"For years, Iran has been operating against us directly and indirectly through its proxies," Netanyahu told fellow ministers. "We will know to protect ourselves and operate based on the simple principle which states that we will harm those who harm or planned to harm us."
