Ayalon meets with British Foreign Office Minister for the Middle East

Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon met Wednesday with Ivan Lewis MP, the British Foreign Office Minister for the Middle East, who is on an official visit to the region. In their meeting, Ayalon praised the strategic relationship and cooperation between Israel and Great Britain, and called on the British government to remain resolute in face of demands for the delegitimization and boycott of Israel. The foreign minister emphasized that Israel expects Great Britain to be in the front line, together with the international entities that are acting against the boycott. The two also discussed the Iranian threat and agreed that a nuclear Iran is a threat to the security of the entire world.
