Ben-Eliezer walks out of cabinet meeting over economic seat

National Infrastructures Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer briefly walked out of the weekly cabinet meeting Sunday after he was told that he would not be chosen as a member of the economic cabinet. Ben-Eliezer was told by cabinet secretary Zvi Hauser that it was not possible to add him to the team, as there were already two Labor ministers on board. The crisis was solved when Agriculture Minister Shalom Simhon (Labor) gave up his place for Ben-Eliezer.
