Connex bus driver stopped after driving without license

As part of regular routine, traffic police in Azur stopped a bus driver, 35, employed by the company Connex, who has had his license revoked for 23 months, Israel Radio reported Wednesday.

The driver, who at first admitted to not having his license with him, had his license suspended for driving intoxicated yet continued to work as a bus driver.

He was arrested for police and will appear before a judge on Thursday.
