Court sentences Nazareth man who attacked teenager with acid to 9 years imprisonment

A Nazareth man was sentenced to nine years in prison for attacking a 15-year-old girl with acid, and left her seriously wounded, Channel 2 reported on Sunday.
The defendant admitted to the attack charges as a part of a plea bargain. A more serious charge of rape was removed as part of the plea bargain.
The man, who is married and a father of five, poured acid on the teenager's face after she refused to marry him, according to District Court judge Avraham Avraham.
