Danino vows to find truth in shaken twin babies case

Police chief Insp.-Gen. Yochanan Danino on Wednesday vowed to fully investigate allegations against the parents accused of shaking their 4-month-old twins, causing severe internal injuries that resulted in the death of one of the babies.
"I expect the affair to be investigated until its conclusion. Such a tragic case of a young baby dying from injuries obligates the police to find the truth. In the event that there was a crime committed, justice will be served," Danino said.
Danino added that in such a "sensitive case" it was best to "wait until the end of the investigation and not rush to make unnecessary comments."
