One of the two people critically injured in a road accident near Beit Shean died from his injuries Friday.
According to initial investigations, the accident occurred when a private vehicle veered from its lane and struck a truck head-on.
Magen David Adom Gilboa crews treated the wounded on scene who were initially trapped in their vehicles.
