Edelstein denies reports he wants to be Knesset Speaker

Public Diplomacy Minister Yuli Edelstein denied wanting to replace Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin on Monday.
Following a meeting between Edelstein and Rivlin on Sunday, Likud insiders said the two discussed the possibility of the former replacing the latter as Knesset Speaker in 2014, when President Shimon Peres finishes his term.Rivlin has repeatedly said he wants to be the next president, and ran for the position in 2007.
