Elderly man severely burned in Abu Gosh store fire

A 74-year-old man is in serious condition after a fire broke out at a store in Abu Gosh, near Jerusalem, on Monday morning, Magen David Adom reported. The man suffered second and third degree burns on 70 percent of his body.
Paramedics treated the man at the scene and took him to Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem's Ein Kerem. He is currently under anesthesia and breathing with the help of a ventilator.
The circumstances surrounding the fire are still unknown.
