A four-year-old boy was seriously wounded Sunday afternoon when he was stabbed by his five-year-old brother during a fight at their family home in Pardes Hannah, Coastal District police said. A Magen David Adom paramedic who arrived at the scene said the boy was found bleeding and unconscious on the pavement outside his house, suffering from a stab wound to the upper body. A doctor from Hillel Yafeh Hospital said that the boy was treated in the trauma ward for a stab wound to the neck, and that his condition is listed as serious but stable.
