Health Ministry announces coronavirus form for outgoing travelers

Every Israeli citizen over the age of 16 will be required to fill out an outgoing passenger form before they leave the country starting Tuesday June 29, the Health Ministry announced on Monday. 
The forms are meant to ensure that those travelling will not be visiting specific countries which are marked as having high amounts of coronavirus cases.
