Iran's Khamenei rejects intel minister's resignation

TEHRAN - Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei rejected the resignation of the intelligence minister on Sunday, the student news agency ISNA reported.
"Heydar Moslehi will continue his work as the intelligence minister after the Supreme Leader rejected his resignation," ISNA reported, without giving further details.
The official IRNA news agency reported earlier that Moslehi's resignation had been accepted by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The semi-official Fars news agency also quoted an unnamed source as saying the minister had been sacked.
