Joint List leader MK Ayman Odeh proposed a bill that would establish a new Arab city in the Galilee on Tuesday. Odeh, who proposed a similar bill in the 20th Knesset, said that establishing the city would 'create a prototype for a mixed city that is modern, multicultural and open, and would help ease the housing shortage and infrastructure problems in Arab cities.'
