Kadima MKs deny report Livni advised them to split party

Kadima MKs Shlomo Molla and Robert Tibayev denied on Monday a report that former faction leader Tzipi Livni told Molla and fellow Kadima MK Yoel Hasson in a Sunday meeting that now is the time to split the party and leave the government coalition.
Channel 10 reported Monday that Livni met with the MKs advising them to gather a group of seven Kadima rebels opposed to the leadership of Vice Premier Shaul Mofaz and break off from the government amid coalition tensions surrounding efforts to find an alternative to the Tal Law.
Molla and Tibayev told The Jerusalem Post that Livni indeed held a meeting with Kadima MKs, but denied she told them to split the party.
According to Channel 10, Livni denied the report as well, saying that she does not interfere in the internal politics of Kadima.
