Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei urged Muslim countries to support the Palestinians in a meeting with Senegal's president on Sunday. State-run media on Sunday carried video and photos of the meeting, which came amid Internet rumors that the 70-year-old Khamenei was in poor health. Khamenei had not been seen in public for more than a week before Saturday's meeting with Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. But such an absence is not unprecedented. Iranian officials ignored the Internet rumors while they were circulating.
