Labor MK Peretz: We need to find a new home for social-democratic values

"The values of the Labor party need to find a new home," MK Amir Peretz told Israel Radio Thursday, after party chairman Ehud Barak said MKs who didn't feel at home in the party should rescind their mandates and leave. "We need to build a new home for the social-democratic values" that used to be championed by Labor, Peretz said. "We will do anything to establish a movement which will emphasize the difference between itself and Labor."
