Lebanese minister: Flotilla gets okay to leave Tripoli

Lebanon has given permission for another flotilla to leave Tripoli for Gaza, according to a Beirut minister quoted by an-Nahar Monday morning.
Lebanese Transportation Minister Ghazi Aridi said that the vessels would make an intermediate stop in Cyprus in order to abide by UN Security Council Resolution 1701.
