Man arrested for indecent acts on child, possession of pedophilic material

An indictment was issued Thursday against a 19-year-old Tel Aviv resident for indecent acts on a minor and possession of pedophilic materials.
The man was arrested immediately after reports of his actions were made to police and an investigation revealed that the man allegedly committed indecent acts on a 10-year-old who he was mentoring.
