Netanyahu praises Obama's successful effort to sanction Iran

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu praised US President Barack Obama Wednesday as having successfully led the effort to impose a fourth round of sanctions on Iran for its continued brinksmanship in pursuing the capacity to produce nuclear weapons, which today came to a successful conclusion in a UN Security Council vote of 12-2.
The sanctions' passage by a significant majority was a clear message that the world powers would not tolerate a nuclear Iran, Netanyahu said, though tougher measures by the West were necessary to bring Iran around.
