Noam Schalit to Paris Court: Probe Gilad's kidnappers

Noam Schalit has appealed to the Paris District Court, "according to the basic principles of law and justice in the French Constitution," to investigate the criminal acts of the kidnappers of his son Gilad Schalit.

Noam said that he was making the appeal in France because he could not do the same in Israel.

Gilad's father said he was going to court "after my son's kidnappers ignored during the last [five] years the international call to set him free on humanitarian grounds."
