Norwegian gunman could get 30-year prison sentence

Anders Behring Breivik could serve up to 30 years in prison, although he said he expects to spend the rest of his life in prison, Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten reported on Tuesday.
According to the report, Police Attorney Christian Hatlo said Breivik might be tried as a terrorist and could be charged with crimes against humanity for persecuting a group based on political grounds, which carries a 30-year prison sentence.
Breivik, 32, killed 76 people on Friday when he bombed a government building in Oslo and then went on a shooting spree at a youth camp run by Norway's Labor party.
