Prosecutors call on court to reject Ahuva Tomer lawsuit

State prosecutors on Tuesday asked the Haifa District Court to reject a lawsuit by Danny Rozen, the partner of former Haifa Police commander Ahuva Tomer who died in the Carmel Fire.

"With full understanding of Rozen's pain caused by the tragic death of Tomer, it is not possible to sue the state and Interior Minister Eli Yishai for injuries caused to Tomer while she was carrying out her Police duty," the prosecutors request stated.
