Report: Egypt ministry won't confirm Mubarak has cancer

Egyptian Deputy Health Minister Abdel al-Hamid Abazah said that his ministry does not have "any scientific documents confirming that former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak has cancer," Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram reported Sunday.
According to the report, Abazah added that the ministry does not have any information about the operation Mubarak reportedly had in Germany.
"This is a possibility that the ministry cannot confirm or deny," Abazah was quoted as saying.
Last week, Mubarak's lawyer claimed the ousted president had cancer that was spreading throughout his body.
