An Alfe Menashe property owner was informed that his land may be Palestinian, Army Radio reported Monday morning.
After attempting to obtain a license to build a solar panel on his roof, Ami Guy received a letter from the electric company explaining that his land was actually privately owned Palestinian land, and that a mistake had been made 17 years prior when his building was first built.

I bought this solar panel at close to NIS 2 million and I cannot install it," Guy told Army Radio. His case reached Jerusalem, where MKs including Likud MK Dany Danon sent the Alfe Menashe civil manager a letter requesting that previous mistakes not affect current business owners, and that he allow local "residents a normal life."
The Alfe Menashe civil manager will announce in the coming days the final status of the aforementioned land and property.
