SEOUL - The heir-apparent to North Korean leader Kim Jong-il crossed the border to visit China on Friday morning, and was possibly accompanied by his uncle and political minder Jang Song-thaek, South Korean media reported.
"Kim Jong-un has passed the border by train early Friday to visit China with his uncle, Jang Song-thaek, to meet with Chinese high officials," the
Chosun Ilbo newspaper quoted an unnamed diplomatic source as saying.
