'Rocket designer' remanded until end of legal proceedings

The Beesheba District Court ruled on Thursday to remand Dirar Abu Sisi, the Gazan engineer charged with developing missiles fired towards Israel, until the end of legal proceedings in his case.
Abu Sisi made headlines earlier this year after foreign media reported that he was abducted by the Mossad from aboard a train in Ukraine where he was traveling with his family.
The judge ruled that after examining the extensive indictment sheet and receiving the defense’s consent as to the existence of alleged evidence against Abu Sisi, the accused would remain in prison pending the completion of legal proceedings.
