Romney, Obama even in Florida; Obama takes Pennsylvania

Republican Mitt Romney pulled even with US President Obama in Florida late Tuesday night, splitting the vote with 78 percent counted. Obama, however, has about a two-to-one lead in Miami Dade, a major southern Florida district with a large Jewish population
On the other hand, Romney lost ground in Pennsylvania, which Fox News and NBC put in the Obama column. Though for most of the race, Obama was considered the favorite in the delegate-rich eastern state, Romney had been surging in recent polls and his campaign felt the state was within reach. It also has a significant Jewish population that was heavily courted by partisan groups
