Russian oligarch Khodorkovsky goes on hunger strike

Russian oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who has been serving an eight-year prison sentence in Russia, went on hunger strike Tuesday.
Khodorkovsky has accused the government of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin of pursuing a vendetta against him in violation of the law.
The former head of Russian oil giant Yukos was imprisoned in 2003 on charges of tax evasion and money laundering.
