State Attorney recommends closing sexual harassment case against Emmanuel Rosen

The State Attorney has decided to close the case against TV journalist Emmanuel Rosen, despite police recommendation to charge him with sexual harassment, Channel 2 reported on Sunday.

The State Attorney, that examined the police investigation of the case, determined that Rosen's behavior was "problematic, but not criminal."

State Prosecutor Moshe Lador is expected to make a final decision on the case on November 27.
