TGI survey: Israel Radio leading 2010 news radio station

A survey conducted by TGI Surveys showed that in the second half of 2010 Israel Radio's Kol Israel is the most widely heard news network with 27% listening, while Army Radio had 22.9%.

Arie Shaked, radio manager at Kol Israel said of the results, "It's no secret that the Broadcasting Authority in recent months is dealing with challenges that are not simple and even during such a period the professional work of editors, producers, and broadcastres at Israel Radio wins first place in public trust, when every day more listeners choose to listen to our network over any other radio station in Israel."
